All data, analyses, price predictions, yield calculations, and market intelligence provided through HalalHelper tools are provided "as is" for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy using verified public data sources, we make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

You agree not to:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HALAL HELPER LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
IN NO EVENT SHALL HALAL HELPER LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
The exclusions above include, without limitation, loss of data, loss of goodwill, and business interruption, whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on implied warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Halal Helper LLC, its owner, and its agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your reliance on our data for business decisions.
Our platform uses third-party APIs and services including Aladhan.com, Web3Forms, and government data APIs. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of these third-party services.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you send us:
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping confidential any credentials you use with our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court.
Except as set out below, you and Halal Helper LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and will be seated in New Jersey or conducted remotely — by telephone, videoconference, or on documents only — where the AAA rules allow.
Small claims carve-out. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in a small claims court with jurisdiction, so long as the claim remains in that court and remains individual.
Jury trial waiver. You and Halal Helper LLC each waive the right to a trial by jury for any dispute covered by this section.
Class action waiver. Claims may be brought only in your or our individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.
30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration and class action waiver section within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing omer@halalhelper.com with the subject line "Arbitration opt-out," including your name, the email address you use with us, and a statement that you are opting out. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms and will not affect your use of our services.
To the extent of any conflict, this Section 12 governs over Section 11. The reference to New Jersey courts in Section 11 applies to disputes not subject to arbitration, including small claims matters and any action to compel arbitration or to enforce, confirm, or vacate an arbitration award.
Severability. If any portion of this section — or of these Terms generally — is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion will be severed and the remainder of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. If the class action waiver is held unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief, that claim or request will be severed and heard in court while all other claims proceed in arbitration.
We may update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via our website.
